Automated scraping or data extraction without permission is prohibited. Offenders may face penalties under PECA 2016 and SECP regulations.
4.3 Misuse of User Data
Selling or redistributing user data without consent violates this Policy and may result in account termination and legal consequences.
5.1 SECP Compliance
Karnival Pvt follows SECP’s Articles of Association, covering intellectual property, operations, shareholder rights, and business conduct.
Governance: The company adheres to SECP standards for transparency and protection of proprietary assets.
Shareholder Interests: Intellectual property use is aligned with shareholder value per Part VII of the Companies Act 2017.
